ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DISCLOSURE OF DESIGNERS SUBMISSION TO LOVE 2 HAVE Jewellery Pty. Ltd

 

Review Period: Maximum 30 days from receipt.

 

Love 2 Have Jewellery Pty. Ltd is in the business manufacturing, distributing and selling jewellery products.

 

Love 2 Have Jewellery Pty. Ltd acknowledges that the designer has submitted certain Jewellery designs. You agree to disclose these jewellery designs to Love 2 Have Jewellery Pty. Ltd for us to review the design and ascertain it’s suitability for our manufacturing and marketing business.

 

If Love 2 Have Jewellery Pty. Ltd in its sole discretion decides to use your jewellery design, we will prepare a Contract of Sale for your signature for the FULL SUM of A$1000.00 GST EXCLUSIVE.

 

Whilst we are deciding, we will treat the submissions as confidential and will not use it, until a contract is signed, your rights in and to the design remain with you.
